Court of Jurisdiction

In the event of any dispute, any contract  to supply goods, services or training shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law and the purchaser hereby submits to the jurisdiction of the English courts.

Fraudulent Mediums Act 2008

Being a Spiritualist Medium, spirit communication is part of the reader’s religious belief.   The Act highlights the fact that Mediumship & Psychic/Tarot Readings have not been scientifically proven to work, therefore statements made during a reading cannot be guaranteed as being wholly accurate.
