Confidence Tips
We all suffer from a lack of confidence & a lack of self esteem at times in our life & whatever the cause, I think we are all agreed that it can be extremely debilitating.
The longer we allow ourselves to be in situations which erode our confidence, the worse the symptoms tend to get. If you have more than a few of the symptoms listed below then you are definately not realising your true potential.
Some symptoms of low confidence & self esteem include -
Trying to be ultra slim - even to being anorexic or bulimic Putting on weight – even to obesity Lack of personal hygiene Lack of pride in one’s appearance Scared of drawing attention to oneself eg: looking attractive
Unable to socially interact Unable form loving relationships Feeling isolated Unable to make conversation Unable to make eye contact with people Unable to fit in generally
Unable to get a job Unable to ‘sell yourself’ Being overlooked for promotion Under achieving generally
Through hypnosis with Laura Boyle, it is easy to release some or many of these confidence issues.
Whilst it is more tailored to your own needs having a personal one to one hypnosis session not everyone is in the financial situation to be able to afford this ‘luxury’. I have put the work luxury in inverted commas as I believe it is one of the most important gifts you can give yourself & that is Confidence. Forget being slim, forget being beautiful, forget being rich for a moment because if you are Confident in yourself then none of these things matter!
What your brain perceives is what you believe. All I do is to change your thought patterns & you will become a more Confident person immediately. Whether you come for a private session or whether you elect to have the computer download, you must ensure that you listen to the hypnotic induction every day for a month. (You will be given a CD to listen to if you come for a private session).
Cleanse, tone & moisturise your face every day Use lovely smelling bubble baths & shower gells Moisturise your body Change or start wearing perfume Do some exercise Practise smiling whenever you can Praise yourself!
Shape & paint your toe & finger nails Reevaluate your exercise program so you don’t get bored Contact your friends Dress up & go out Review how you can meet new friends Praise yourself on how much better you feel & look!
Change your hair style & colour Have a ‘holistic treat’ massage/Reiki etc Buy a new piece of clothing to suit the New You
These are just some of the things you can do for yourself but if you wish to get ‘that job’ or ‘that man/woman’ then a one to one private hypnotherapy session could be just what you need.
