These planets are combined with other astrological elements such as angles, houses etc to form a complex & in many cases an astroundingly accurate profile of someones personality & their future prospects in love, career etc.

If the exact time of birth is not known detailed horoscope reports can still be producted which but it will not be quite as accurte as one where the astrologer has the exact time & location of birth & If the subject knows whether the time of birth was is the morning or evening this will make their report just that little bit more accurate.
